Felsner had injury problems last year (a broken ankle I think) that prevented
him from fulfilling his promise.  He'd been projected as the third winger on
a line with Janney and Shanahan, so the Blues definitely rated him highly.
 
If he's healthy, preseason talk has him capable of 20-30 goals.  Of course,
Keenan is the mystery part of this equation.  If he's Keenan's type of player,
then he should get the playing time.  But if he's not...
