Ok, here's what i know.
 
I know the commisioners of three of the four leagues.
 
Clayton Chapman is the commissioner of the ECAC.
Bob Degregorio is the acting commissioner of Hockey East.
Otto Breteinbach (sp?) is the commissioner of the WCHA, soon to
        be succeeded by the AD at Minnesota-Duluth
 
Not sure who the commish of the CCHA is.
 
Although Chapman is the commish of the multi-sport ECAC, Joe Bertanga
is the executive director of ECAC Hockey (and the guy who "allegedly"
edits, but manages to miss about 20 misspelling per column inch in, the
ECAC Tournament program).
