I had the wonderful opportunity to watch three different regional games last night on my sattelite dish with FOX sports net. Unfortunately, I could only see one at a time (couldn't even record one separate from what I was watching) and they overlapped so had to switch back and forth.
I caught much of this one including the frantic last minutes. Dartmouth played pretty well and were, perhaps, a little unlucky to be down 4-1 after two periods, although Harvard did earn that lead. Then after making it 4-3 on a penalty shot, we move into the end-game. What I will remember is that in the final minute of play, with Dartmouth net empty, Harvard dominated center ice play and had 6 shots at the empty net (one off the pipe) before finally getting one end with about 5 seconds to go. Admittedly, most were long range without having a chance to set up and shoot, but they should have done better than that!
Interesting game to me because Mazz used to coach here at Point in our glory years. Sure wish we had him back.
