Actually, Grand Rapids is *much* closer to Ithaca than it is to
Grand Forks. The straight-line distance from Ithaca to Grand
Rapids is about 450 miles; from Grand Forks to Grand Rapids
is about 600 miles. And if you're going to drive, it becomes even
worse (thanks to Lake Michigan): Ithaca->Grand Rapids is about
550 miles driving distance, Grand Forks->Grand Rapids is *900*
miles!
Personally, I'd love to see the Phinal Phour go out to Colorado at some
point, since it would give me a good "excuse" to visit. :-)
