Facts:
        Institution's impermissible host-family program was discussed
        with PSAs during recruiting process. No PSA (prospective
        student athlete) chose to attend institution because of
        program.
NCAA Eligibility Action:
        Eligibility Restored
NCAA Action regarding institutional responsibility:
        Secondary violation.  Institution shall submit written report
        to NCAA outlining rules-education efforts for representatives
        of the institution's athletics interests and coaching staff
        members, including the identities of the individuals
        conducting the rules-education sessions and their knowledge of
        NCAA legislation.  A public announcement of the case should be
        made in conjunction with the regular monthly publication of
        secondary cases.
