Erik chose his words better than I. Let me try again:
 
Based on 316 Division I games that are not under scrutiny of the NCAA
for rules violations.
 
That is, Maine's wins over Providence are not included in the rating.
 
Only games between the 44 teams eligible for the Division I tournament
are considered.

PS Maine moves up to #14 with the 3 wins and PC falls to #32. Other
significant top 10 shitfs are UNH & BU swapping places and BG/MSU
climbing into the top 10.
