From either 94E or 43N/94W take I-43N when you get to downtown Milwaukee,
you will take the 4th Street/ Broadway exit (I think it's the second one)
This is a right hand exit.  As soon as you merge with the other lanes swing
all the way to the left hand lane to get off at the 4th street exit.  At the
end of the ramp the Bradley Center will be a block to your right (South) so
park and walk (free parking on the side streets if you turn left at the end
of the exit ramp)
