Now that we are at the mid-week slowdown point.....
 
Saturday night in a Division III game between UW-Stevens Point and UW-Eau
Claire, the EC goalie set a record with 70 saves in losing to Point 6-2.  In
the third period he stopped 37 of 39 shots.  The local paper listed these as
NCHA records.  Does anyone out there know of records for saves in either
Division I or III?  Thanks in advance.
