ANN ARBOR--CCHA Commissioner Bill Beagan announced today that the CCHA has
entered into an affiliation with the University of Michigan Masters of
Business Administration (MBA) graduate student program to assist in the
marketing of the CCHA.

Commissioner Beagan invited a delegation from the University of Michigan MBA
graduate student program to meet with him on Friday, December 7th. It is
expected that up to eight graduate students will be involved in this exercise
which Commissioner Beagan characterized as an effort to glean marketing
expertise from some of the brightest young business minds in the country.

Commissioner Beagan added that the thrust of the MBA Graduate Assistants
involvement will be to increase attendance at on-campus playoffs; further
expand the syndication of the CCHA Game-of-the-Week; and increase the profile
of the CCHA and Division I College Hockey throughout the U.S.A.
