 Eddie Choi
If I were to guess, Eddie Choi is probably of Korean descent.  Choi is a
popular Korean family name.
Based on the info I received earlier regarding Asian fans/players, there seem a
good deal of Korean kids playing hockey in North America.  There is even a
Korean (-American) Hockey Association in the US.
