I can appreciate AD McDonald's position on wanting a
Top 25 to increase exposure, but I'm still against it.  Of
the polls he mentioned [field hockey, volleyball, etc],
not one of them includes a sub-.500 team...where records
are given.  Hence, the probability is quite high that these
polls include less than 50% of the competing teams.
 
I still like 12, but I could be convinced of 15 for the "bubble"
fans out there.  That would be over 35% of the competing
teams.
 
Of course, what I'd really like is to reduce the NCAA tourney
to eight teams [given the current D-I field], but... :-)
