I noted with some amusement that OSU's Jerry Welsh is about 6th or 7th on this
winningest coaches list with his 300+ vicoties.  Is there a similar list for
losingest coaches??  I would be willing to bet he is the only coach to make
the top ten on both lists and is probably the only coach on the enitre list to
