Ok, so Walsh was aware, allegedly, of NMU and UAF. I guess the
key to the situation, as I see it, is this.
 
Maine AD Mike Ploszek said that he asked the NC$$ about this
and said Tory would be ok. Was he lying? Did he mis-interpret
the NC$$? Did Ryan Robbins mis-interpret Ploszek's comments?
 
What's going on?
