I have heard the same thing. Except that I am from St. Cloud. So I will
agree that his sources are valid and not made up by someone. In fact I
think MSC had reported that Woog recruited Cullen when Cullen was a
senior and then Cullen changed his mind before signing. I don't know the
whole story, but what has been brought up is true to my knowledge.
