Subject: HOCKEY EAST FINAL: WORST OFFICIATING IN YEARS
 
Firstly, I agree that the officiating was hardly Championship caliber and BU
was definitely given the blind eye on quite a few calls, however I have to
respond to certain statements.

Can't say I remember the play you're talking about, but if Quenville is carrying
the puck, how can an interfernce call be made?

Sorry.  The replay showed that Bell interfered with the BU player.  Bell was
heading back to his crease and as the BU player was going around him, Bell
stuck his arm and leg out to trip him up.  I thought it was a bit of a dive
until I saw the replay.

The BU player accused of acting is Mike Prendergast who separated his shoulder
on the play.  Hardly something he would be faking.
