     Just a question regarding the scoring rules.  In Tuesday night's game
between UNH and RPI, at 9:57 of the third period, UNH's Eric Boguniecki was
assessed a two minute elbowing penalty.  At 11:57 (exactly two minutes later),
RPI scored.  Is this a power-play goal?  (IE, does the tie go to the runner?)
