While I wholeheartedly agree with the general gist of this (and all
related postings -- I can't even watch any of the games at a bar:
"There's not enough interest; besides the Red Wings are playing"), I
do need to make the following correction:

On the Sunday morning Sportscenter (or maybe it was Sunday Morning
Sportsday, I forget ESPN's "official" name for the program) this past
weekend, they DID read the scores of the quarterfinal games and
announced the pairings for the semis.  Granted it was just a brief
graphic (no highlights, etc.) but it was there.  I wonder what
effect the subscribers of hockey-l would have if we started sending
letters to ESPN as a group/organization, asking for (at the very
least) standings throughout the season, and possibly coverage of
tournament games....
