Fellow UMass-Lowell fan Steve Weisfeldt commented that UML sent out a do's and
don'ts pamphlet about NC$$ rules during this past offseason.  Steve commented
that he threw his out.  Since I am either (pick one) a packrat that saves
everything or I eventually intend to become a high-flyin', wheeling-dealin',
root-tootin' violations machine, I kept my copy.  I filed it under College
Hockey - Irrelevant Until I Hit the Lottery.  :-)
 
I think it's a well done pamphlet that other schools may want to emulate.  I'd
be willing to FAX a copy to those interested who are in appropriate positions
at other schools.  (I don't want to FAX to the whole world since I'm getting
paid for embedded software work, not college hockey.  At least that's the
theory...  :-)  )  I'll verify with UML that it's ok to copy this, if there's
any interest.
