Since I received quite a few responses off-list about
        how Mike was doing, here it is:
 
        He got his first start Saturday night as expected, and
        skated a regular shift.  Seems to be playing well on
        the line he is on (just don't ask me who he's with, 'cuz
        when he's on, he's the only one I'm watching...).
 
        He's still waiting for his first pro point, but it may
        not come this season.  Adirondack is down 0-3 in a best-
        of-7, and I'm not looking for any miracles...game 4 is
        Wednesday.
 
        Sounds like he'll be at the Worlds after this is over,
        unless he goes to Detroit - rumormongers?
