Buried in the agate type of this morning's Washington "Post" was a brief,
2-line notice that the Athletic Director (sorry, I've forgotten his name) at
LSSU had resigned.  Coming so soon after Jeff Jackson officially relocated
to the Hartford Whalers (and apparently either declined, or was perhaps never
offered the Head Coaching position at UMass-Amherst), this got my suspicious
antennae a-wigglin'  What's up (or down :-( at LSSU ??  Without passing
judgement in this particular case, it's been my observation under similar
circumstances (such as here at the University of Maryland), that where
there's smoke, there's fire.  What have the Midwest newspapers had to say
about this (since there doesn't appear to be anyone from LSSU on the List) ??
