I received this email this afternoon from the Blues mailing list (I got on
it from purchasing tickets in the past). Apparently the NCAA freed up some
unused tickets for the public to buy a day before the tournament begins.
Does this happen very often at other venues? I know in 1996 in Cincinnati,
my friend and I were able to walk up to the box office an hour before the
first semifinal was supposed to start (had they not been making repairs to
the cooling system) and were able to buy tickets.
