AAAAAARRRRRRGH! Terrible idea!
As a business traveller who has made far too many springtime trips to
the WDC area, I beg you to trash this idea. All the attractions you
mention also lure every High School east of the Rockies to make a
class trip to WDC during that precise time frame. Not only is it
virtually impossible to find a hotel room, even if you do find one,
the entire rest of your floor will be populated by a bunch of loud,
raucous, inadequately-supervised, hormonal teenagers. Please spare us.
