And I think that the "intent to injure" is usually the deciding factor between a game misconduct and a game dq which carries a one (or more) game suspension with it.
Although an "intent to injure" can be a difficult judgment call, I fully agree that a penalty with "intent to injure" needs to be punished over and above any other kind of penalty. There is no justification for that kind of garbage.
