I can feel the pain of Miami hockey fans, I was there last year following
BGSU. I agree Miami is one of a number of teams that stand to make noise
next year, and the more I look at the CCHA in general, it looks to be a dog
fight from the top to bottom next year.
BG has gone from 8 wins, to 17 this season. Dan Price and starting goalie
Mike Savard have had banner seasons. And the more I look at things late in
the season, it is starting to sink in that BG really has rebounded from last
season. Price and Edinger are the top two scorers in the CCHA, and BGs
offense and penalty kill have come a long way. And the way the team was
playing down the end of the regular season, there is a lot to look forward
to next year.
