Those in Boston area unable to attend Hockey games this weekend have a
  chance to see the Infamous MTU Pep Band in action!  They will be performing
  at the NCAA DIVII womens Basketball tournament!

  This message is to the Michigan Tech Alumni in the Boston area that are
     members of Hockey-l.  Others please discard and ignore if it bothers
     you, otherwise read on.
 
  The Michigan Tech Lady Huskies Basketball Team has reached the NCAA divII
     final four at Bently college in Waltham Mass, Just outside Boston.
 
   Tonight they play Dalta state in one semi final and Bently plays North
     Dakota state inthe other with the consolation and finals tomorrow night
 
   The MTU PEP band has made the trip!  Please if you can make it, Attend the
    games and give some support to the Lady Huskies!
 
   MTU defeated previously unbeaten and Number one ranked Washburn Kansas 78-77
     in OT last weekend, ending washburns 44 game home winning streak!
 
   GO Lady Huskies.  Those of us stuck home hope you alumni will be able to
      attend and Cheer for us!
