It was announced Tuesday that former UVM hockey player Jeff Schulman has
been named as UVM'S new Assistant Athletic Director.  As a defenseman, Jeff
scored the first goal in the game that is considered UVM's greatest victory
ever.  It was in March of 1989 when UVM beat number one nationally ranked
Harvard in overtime at the Boston Garden.  Jeff also assisted on the OT goal
scored by David Browne.  Jeff is currently Asst. AD at Bates College and is
pursuing his Masters Degree in Educational Administration.  We here at UVM
wish him well in his new endeavor.
