	We have case like that here at Yale. Last year, we recruited a kid
from the Yugoslav national team, but because of the violence there, he
could never take the SATs. He was ruled Prop 48, and sat out the entire
season. Is it just me, or does anyone else think that the NCAA is being
unduly harsh in these situations? Losing a year of hockey because your
country is at war seems pretty unfair to me.
