OK now that everybody has weighed in, I have a question just for the ECAC
fans, because our league seems to be the only one that does it this way
come playoff time.
 
I can understand the 5 min OT in ECAC playoff games #1 and #2 because it
is a race to 3 points, not 2 wins like the WCHA, CCHA, and HEA.  But what
happens if game #3 is tied after 60 minutes?  Do we play 5 + 20,20,etc.
or do we go to 20 minute OT's directly?
