I read a short article in today's Rocky Mountain News about Jack McDonald
which follows:
 
 
Jack McDonald, former DU athletic director, has interviewed for the AD
jobs at Colorado School of Mines and Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Conn.
McDonald, chosen executive director of the U.S. Olympic festival in
April, agreed not to stay through the festival, which runs from July
21-30. The Colorado School of Mines is looking for a successor to Bruce
Allison, who stepped down late in 1994 after 18 years on the job.
