Wednesday was media day at Achilles Rink.  A few notes on the Union
Dutchmen from the report in today's Schenecatady Gazette:
 
- Dean Wilson, a redshirt freshmen, returns to the team this year
after missing all of last season with a heart condition.  The
condition was diagnosed before the 1991-92 season.  He had surgery
last November, and is ready to return this year.
 
- Former Union player Guy Logan has returned for his second season as
assistant coach under Bruce Delvanthal.  He was replaced by David
McAulifee, but McAuliffe took an assistant coaching position at
Michigan State.
 
- The (first?) Garnet-White game will be held on Oct 31 at 7:30.
Admission will be $1.00 for students, $2.00 for the general public.
The Dutchmen open for real on Nov. 7 at home against Army.
