I'm surprised we haven't seen this suggestion yet.   For those who remember
when the HE and ECAC schools were simply the ECAC,  those days are recalled
fondly.   If the WCCHA is born,  can the birth of the HECAC be far behind?   I
suppose not.   The Ivies like their de-facto veto power  --  although I am
sure that Luiz will jump in here and say that the Ivies are not the monolith
that we non-Ivies portray them to be:-):-)
