Here's a "hot stove league" (for this list, should it be   "cold air
conditioner league"?) question:
 
Why aren't players' shooting percentages published?  In this case, each
could in fact have two "averages":  % shots on goal, and % shots which
score.  The scoring situation would seem to be identical to that faced
in basketball (i.e. the official scoring).  We do this on the defensive
side, for goalies.
