Yes I have.  Mike Tuell called a penalty Friday night in the UAH/Maine game.
Something tells me it might have been the five minute major for hitting from
behind on UAH's Marc LaLonde, but I cannot recall.
 
What's more interesting to me is I heard awhile back that Mike Tuell would
never be allowed to be the referee at a University of Maine game because he
is a UMaine grad and lives in Orono.  Is there a rule that pertains to this?
If so, how can he be allowed to be an assistant referee and have a great
impact on the game?
