Yes.
 
I only checked up through 1988-89, but the following teams
accomplished a double-20:
 
 
Bowling Green, 1984-85, 21-21-0
Western Michigan, 1986-87, 23-20-0
Michigan Tech., 1987-88, 20-20-1
North Dakota, 1987-88, 21-20-1
 
 
These teams came close:
 
1981-82 Denver  21-19-3
1983-84 Michigan Tech. 19-21-1
1984-85 Northern Michigan  19-21-0
 
 
Anything after 1989 anyone?
