MATH ABUSE alert!! <G>
  4 Hobey winners out of the 17 there have been is 23.5%
 28 finalists out of the remaining 153 is ........ 18.3%
 
There are more finalists in the NHL than winners, but it doesn't
suggest anything because there's 9 times as many finalists as winners.
Actually, from the above, it looks like the committee does a good job
(though their job is not to pick NHL potential players).
