I don't read TSN (gave up my subscription about 4 years ago because of the
poor hockey coverage at the time; maybe it's improved) but Wigge is not
among the staff credited inside the cover with having put together the
yearbook. Maybe he refused involvement or whatever.

I forgot to mention that John Gilbert has a very good article in TSN's book
about the state of hockey in America, suggesting that it isn't as bright
as it seems because of the costs associated and the elitism that has become
associated with hockey in places like New England, where the best players
shun public schools and end up at expensive prep schools. All true. I
thought it was a well-written, insightful article. There are some very
candid and fantastic quotes from Jack Parker, such as "...high school
hockey has gone down the drain in the Boston area." Doug Woog also adds
some important commentary. If the article wasn't so long and I wasn't so
short on time, I'd type it in, because I think it's must reading for
anyone interested in the future of hockey in the US. (Gilbert writes for
the Minneapolis Star Tribune, by the way.)

I guess this article balances out the goon article and so it's still worth
buying the yearbook.
