Ask for 1990 NCAA Ice Hockey Rules.  Enclose $3; that covers postage and
handling.  I've always gotten good service with no miscommunication.
You could ask for an order blank for other publications if you want.
I would guess it will take a couple weeks.  I've never called; you
could try that, maybe speed things up a bit; or at least you'd know.
 
If PASS is available to you, they are carrying a lot of college hockey;
some live, some tape delayed; and you know about ESPN.
