The sports teams at the elementary/middle school that my kids attended
had the name "Crusaders" until a couple of years ago. They are now the
"Lakers".

I agree with you Cathy. I graduated from a school, their nickname were
Trojans, another local school were nicknamed Crusaders, and another
Cadets.
