for the second time in as many games air force squandered a two goal lead in
the last 10 minutes to end up with a tie.
holy cross opened up the scoring with a soft goal, but air force tied it
about a minute later. The rest of the period was all holy cross who chased
the starting falcon netminder with 5 to go in the opener
the real air force showed up for the second period and dominated to even the
score. the same team added two more unanswered goals in the third to make it
5-3 but holy cross, aided by a phantom interference call with 3 minutes left,
managed to tie the game.
