Actually, the Michigan fans confronted this conundrum
during the pre-game skate. We were just too superstitious
to change anything. (It was a moral victory when Maine
succumbed.)

In our section, this would go to me for, "Hey, Allison! Have
you bought a ticket for Saturday? You can't get into the
game without a ticket." Needless to say, Allison wasn't
rattled.
