I was only there for the first period, so there isn't much I can offer.
It is quite likely that Windsor will be the Terriers' easiest opponent
of the season. BU had 12 shots in the first period, and ten of them
were from inside the faceoff circles. The good news is that BU had
three power play opportunities in the first period, and DID NOT GIVE UP
A SHORTHANDED GOAL!!!! They even scored a power play on a 5x3! Parker
had his lines set up as follows (with no guarantees of left vs. right
positions):
Forwards:
Degerman O'Connell Corazzini
Gillis Quebec Baker
Cavanaugh Bartlett Heron
Pandolfo Perry Hanson
Defense:
Vuori Ronan
Sheen Aufiero
Emery Dyment
LoPresti
With the addition of Pat Aufiero to the squad, BU now has a player who
was born (07/01/80) after I graduated from college (SMG 1980). I turned
40 on Saturday.
