The answer is that we are both correct, each in our own context. Army
is 23-7-1, but only 12 of those games (5-6-1) have been played against
Division I teams playing 20 games with other Division I teams.
So Army can play Division I Canisius, for example, but that game won't
be (or hasn't been) used to determine eligibility to the NCAA
Tournament.
