Cuthbert was never suspended from the RPI hockey team. There was a
student review board who recommended a a suspension, but because
Cuthbert appealed the decision (and it was overturned) the suspension
was never implemented.  I can tell you that I am good friends with Cam,
and I am very familair with this incident; however I feel it best to leave this
incident between the two parties and their legal staffs.
