I'm looking to find out what number of games a player has
to play during a given season in order to use up a year's eligibility
(perhaps the answer is a percentage of games played). Is there a
uniform NC$$ rule, or is it different by divisions and/or by conferences?
Is there an appeals process available for borderline cases?
