a couple of comments/questions on recent laker hockey:
 
i just read the box from friday's game between lssu and msu.  john
grahame continues to impress me.  what's up with the laker defense
giving up 35 shots per game?
 
i'm also impressed with the way the lakers put the puck in the net on a
relatively few number of shots.  are they just not taking shots, or are
they waiting for quality shots.
 
side note:
i noticed that bates battaglia is from chicago illinios.  at university
of arizona there is another battaglia, sam, also from chicago illinois.
would an lssu follower know if there's a relation?
