Some numbers from Neil Koepke's article in the Lansing State Journal:
 
Last 4 years- MSU 3-7-1 vs. UM
 
MSU's last victory at Yost Arena- Feb. 17, 1990
 
UM's last victory at Munn Arena- Jan. 30, 1988 (MSU 5-0-2 in the interim)
 
So, if neither team can win at the other's arena, why has UM semi-dominated
the series in the last four years?  Joe Louis, what used to be Munn East,
now more like Munn Least.
 
As far as my comments about recruiting NMU to join the CCHA, I still expect
it to happen.  I'm almost as sure that it probably won't work, just as
trying to get LSSU to join the WCHA won't work.  So who knows where we get
a twelfth?
