Although I agree that an expansion of the tournament would be wrong (people
would start complaining that their school was 16th best, while the 17th best
got voted in),I disagree with the idea of "4 more also-rans."
It is the also-rans and their upsets which make tournaments so interesting.
Everyone's waiting for an upset to happen. If everyone won who was expected to
win, why pay attention to the tournament at all?  Incidently, check out George
Washington in the B'ball tournament.  This "also ran" made it to the sweet
sixteen.  Unfortunately they play UMich next.  Give me upsets!
