        I usually get these rules and regulations wrong but ...
        The rule is that alcohol cannot be served at NC$$ sponsered
        events.  So there will be no beer served at the Phinal Phour
        in Milwaukee or at any of the NC$$ playoff games.  However,
        regular season games are merely University sponsered events,
        so the U. sets their own rules with respect to alcohol.
        Unfortunately, some people are not able to control their
        drinking habits, hence few schools allow beer to be served
        at sporting events.
 
        By the way, Leinie's = Leinenkugel's, the pride of Chippewa
        Falls.  Leine's Limited and Leine's Bock are both fine beers
        for the price IMHO.  Jake(see message header) is Jacob
        Leinenkugel, who does some very cheesy radio commercials
        for his namesake beer.
