Many people expressed an interest in seeing a summary of CHODR's
projections for upcoming action, so, by popular demand, we
present the "latest line" according to CHODR.
 
Remember that these predictions are derived directly from the
CHODR ratings posted earlier in the week.  The relevant formula
for predicting game scores from those ratings is given by:
 
   Team A's predicted goals = A's Offensive Rating
                            + B's Defensive Rating
                            - Average Offensive/Defensive Rating
                          +/- Home Ice Advantage
 
   Team B's predicted goals = B's Offensive Rating
                            + A's Defensive Rating
                            - Average Offensive/Defensive Rating
                          +/- Home Ice Advantage
 
 
Favored teams are capitalized.  Games are arranged by date and then
geographically from east to west.  For tournaments, predictions are
provided for all four possible matchups in the second round, although
only two will be played.  Remember that predictions can be made only
for games between two Division I teams.
 
Interesting that home teams are favored in every game this week.  All
games before xmas are included.
