Thanks to Carol from Minnesota (Carol, have you EVER told us your last
name?) and Stephen Leroy of Cal Tech (but a Cornell alum) for pointing
out that TCHCR uses simultaneous solution of the "problem" of team
ratings.  The rest of you who may have been about to provide similar
help can save yourself a bit of typing--but thanks!  :-)
